Microneedling + Exosomes

Microneedling with Exosomes: Procedure & Benefits
What Is Microneedling with Exosomes?
Microneedling with exosomes is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment that combines collagen induction therapy (microneedling) with regenerative exosome technology to enhance healing, collagen production, and overall skin renewal.
Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin using fine sterile needles. Exosomes—cell-signaling vesicles rich in growth factors, peptides, cytokines, and regenerative proteins—are then applied topically during or immediately after the procedure to penetrate deeply into the skin.
This combination helps accelerate tissue repair and improve treatment outcomes.
Procedure Description
Step 1: Skin Preparation
The skin is thoroughly cleansed and disinfected.
A topical numbing cream may be applied for 20–30 minutes to improve comfort.
Step 2: Microneedling Treatment
A microneedling device with sterile disposable needle cartridges is used to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin.
Needle depth is adjusted depending on the treatment area and skin concern.
Common treatment areas include:
Face
Neck
Décolletage
Scalp
Acne scar regions
Step 3: Exosome Application
Medical-grade exosome serum is applied during and/or immediately after microneedling.
The microchannels created by the procedure allow enhanced absorption of regenerative growth factors and signaling molecules.
Step 4: Recovery & Aftercare
Mild redness and sensitivity similar to a sunburn may occur for 24–72 hours.
Patients are advised to:
Avoid direct sun exposure
Avoid active skincare products for several days
Use gentle moisturizers and sunscreen
Maintain hydration
Most patients resume normal activities within 1–2 days.
